We've been using Ferndesk for a couple of weeks to document our fairly large application. We had a whole load of modules with nothing written for them, and with Ferndesk we got everything documented from our codebase and chats in about a week. It's now rolled out to the whole team. It's been a huge help.

We just started using Ferndesk for our startup, Mallow. It's been fantastic. Many tools slap on some AI features so they can ride the AI wave, but they don't actually add real value to their product. Ferndesk is different, it uses AI in a way that is incredibly helpful for both the Mallow team as well as our customers. Huge fans of Ferndesk now. We've already recommended it to a handful of people.
Love Ferndesk! We're using it at We Are Distributed to automate our entire help center development, management & on-going maintenance. The UI & onboarding is incredibly well-thought out. Our favourite use cases are connecting our Github repo to allow Fern to read latest file changes, create new articles and update old ones, helping our customers find what they're looking for, long before they need it. Ferndesk easily saves us 20+ hours per week & I can't wait to roll it out across all of our applications.
I've been a beta user for Ferndesk for several months now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite tools I use for GummySearch. Not only was it super easy to migrate my old helpdesk, now my help center is SO MUCH more beautiful and easy to update. I particularly love the AI agent - I can just give it my other guides/urls/videos and it pulls in the important stuff and formats it in a consistent manner. Wilson makes beautiful software products that are a joy to use, and Ferndesk lives up to that and is very clearly getting better every day. This will be the new standard for help center software.

Before Ferndesk, writing documentation was something I just never did. I'd put it off, it would never happen, and our help docs reflected that. Ferndesk changed that completely. The AI does the heavy lifting - I tell it what I need, give it a quick review, and it's done. I'm not exaggerating when I say I actually look forward to going in and working on our docs now. I'm genuinely proud of how they look. The other thing I didn't expect: being able to see exactly what customers are searching for and what they can't find answers to. That alone has been huge. My support requests have dropped significantly since I started using it.
As a non-technical founder, I'm so thankful Ferndesk exists! Since signing up a few days ago it has already saved us well over 100 hours of manual work! We were previously using Framer for our help docs but it was expensive, hard to work with and lacked lots of features. I also looked into Mintlify and other platforms but they were too technical to setup and maintain and again required hours upon hours of manual work. At PixelFlow we're regularly releasing new features and integrations for the Facebook Conversions API and its hard to keep our help documentation up to date with new changes or features. Ferndesk has made this incredibly simple and quick and we can now spend more time on other tasks. The Ferndesk audits have been really useful to discover gaps in our help articles and quickly fill them and we're already seeing a reduction in our customer churn because of this. Additionally we've replaced our existing custom built support widget solution with Ferndesks widget and its a far better experience for our customers. Cannot recommed Ferndesk enough!
